SUMMARY: Voids exists in the full implementation of core Engineeirng curriculum, primarily in the higher institutions of third world countries who face a lot of financial stress in the process of procuring standard equipment for laboratory practical and student practice. This software serves as a fill to this void; by contributing a Java based Data Communication Simulation Package with which Communication Engineering students can conduct experiments over a Wi-Fi enabled network. These experiments are majorly in the areas of digital filtration, modulation and spectrum analysis. A concise lab manual with 8 different practical sections is included.
